Catalog description
This noncredit course is designed to prepare non-native speakers of English for success in transfer-level English and other college courses. The focus is on reading analytically, thinking critically, and writing academic essays, with additional attention to grammar, vocabulary development, and oral communication. Not applicable to associate degree.
