Designed to provide students with an intro to social work practice in school settings. Students will examine the history of school social work, state and federal education laws, educational issues and policies, conceptual frameworks, and service delivery models with an emphasis on behavioral interventions, case management services, psychoeducation and working with parents/caregivers. Prereq: Jr, Sr, or Grad standing.
