Faced with a tough financial environment and accumulating social demands, nonprofit leaders are increasingly called to be enterprising. Nonprofit social enterprises are tax exempt organizations that draw on market principles to achieve their social mission. The purpose of this course is to introduce the core concepts of social enterprise and to learn how to apply them.
