This course is designed to enhance students' management and leadership skills, preparing them to diagnose and solve organizational problems, to influence the actions of other individuals, groups, and organizations, and to manage high-performing, successful public and nonprofit service organizations. Prereq: Acceptance into the Public and Nonprofit Leadership and Management certificate program.
