Catalog description

Introduces the foundations of nursing science and scholarly inquiry as essential to professional nursing practice, highlighting the role of research and evidence-based practice in improving patient outcomes. Students will examine opportunities for research engagement & advanced study, including the nursing honors research distinction program, research distinction, & clinical research roles. Prereq: Admission to the traditional BSN, aBSN programs.
