Enzyme dynamics, predator-prey and competition model, spread of diseases, plant growth, cell cycle and cell differentiation, reaction-diffusion with advection, cancer models and cancer therapy, wound healing. Prereq: Grad standing; or either 4512 (512) or 557, and 4556 (556), and either 2568 (568) or 572. Not open to students with credit for 865.
