Course covers time value of money, risk and return, investment criteria, capital budgeting, market efficiency, derivatives, and interest rate parity. Prereq: Enrollment in Executive MBA program or Working Professional MBA program; or permission of instructor. 6220.03 Finance G 1½ Course focuses on the time value of money and its application in solving corporate finance (project budgeting) and asset valuation problems. The course will cover: the the time value of money, estimating cost of capital, estimating financial costs and benefits and making sound financial decisions. Prereq: Enrollment in Fisher College of Business, or permission of instructor.
