Methodology for determining the phonological system of a previously unknown language through the use of a native informant. Prereq: Two courses from two of the following four groups: 4100 or 5101; 4200 or 5201; 4300 or 5301; 4350 or 5351; or permission of instructor. Repeatable to a maximum of 24 cr hrs.
