A survey of European history from the Black Death to the Congress of Vienna. This course examines social, cultural, religious, political and economic developments from the mid fourteenth to the early nineteenth century. Sometimes taught at distance. Prereq or concur: English 1110.xx, or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for 1211 or 1212.
