Catalog description

Understanding of processes underlying environmental impacts in crop-livestock agroecosystems. The focus will be on specific types of environmental impacts, such as climate change and greenhouse gas emissions, nutrient losses (volatilization and leaching), and soil degradation. This course is focused on agroecosystems and agricultural processes. Prereq: Sr or Grad standing. Not open to students with credit for AnimSci 5420. Cross-listed in AnimSci.
