Leadership and Change Management

Catalog description

In-depth evaluation of the concepts and principles of effective engineering leadership, the characteristics of leaders and followers, and the principles of change management. Course work will emphasize written and verbal communication skills, in addition to presentation skills and exposure to real-world case examples. Prereq: Jr or Sr standing; or permission of instructor.
