Mandarin Chinese spoken communication and writing system. Online individualized track. Progress is sequential from one credit hour to the next with a demonstrated proficiency at the level of 80% required for advancement. Course closed to native speakers of this language. Prereq: Not open to students with credit for 1101.01, 1101.02, or 4 cr hrs of 1101.51 or 1101.61. Credits from 1101.51 and 1101.61 may be combined for this restriction. Repeatable to a maximum of 4 cr hrs.
