Increase the understanding of undergraduate students to the global nature of the dairy industry, comparing the demographics, cultural and economic forces, and natural resource availability on dairy farming and milk processing in a global setting. Admission to the Dairy Industry Outside of the U.S. education abroad program required. Prereq: 2400.07 and permission of instructor.
