Catalog description

A wide-ranging introduction to the variety of research previously and currently undertaken in Accounting and MIS. Students will be exposed to the ways in which Accounting and MIS are similar to other fields in social and behavioral sciences. They will also be exposed to the unique contribution that Accounting and MIS research can make. It emphasizes the question: what makes for quality research? Prereq: Enrollment in AcctMIS PhD program.
