Catalog description

Examination of leadership styles to develop and maximize the DNP leader's role and interprofessional collaboration among diverse teams to positively impact health outcomes. Focus on theories and principles of communication, leadership, interprofessional collaboration, change management, role development and systems thinking. Prereq: Enrollment in the MS in Nursing program; or enrollment in DNP program; or permission of instructor.
