Supervised practice experience in a specific health care system with community outpatient emphasis to achieve professional competencies. The student works under the direction of Registered Dietitians and the supervision of MDN faculty. Prereq: Enrollment in the Master of Dietetics and Nutrition (MDN) program. Repeatable to a maximum of 6 cr hrs or 3 completions. This course is graded S/U.
