Place & Space: Law, Education, and Integration

Catalog description

This course seeks to respond to questions surrounding segregation, desegregation, and integration in education and housing, and the role the law plays in addressing both. Students will study policy, history, law, and philosophy to explore questions of space and place from the Brown decision through today.
