Catalog description

The course will focus on developing students? legal analysis and legal writing skills in preparation for demonstrating these skills on the bar exam. It will also aim to increase students? self-regulated learning skills, including the ability to critically self-assess one?s own legal analysis and writing, in preparation for the exam. Prereq: Permission of instructor. This course is graded S/U.
