Catalog description

Eskrima is a Filipino martial art that utilizes ratan sticks for combat and self-defense. The purpose of this course is to provide the student with beginning level of knowledge and skills in Eskrima. Students will improve his/her general physical fitness and skill performance. Principles, techniques, safe practices and strategies of Eskrima will be taught throughout the course.
