Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to provide the student with the beginning level skills and knowledge in whitewater kayaking. As a result the student will improve his/her general physical fitness and skill performance. Principles, techniques, safe practices and strategies of whitewater kayaking will be taught throughout the course. This is an introductory course for beginners.
