Catalog description

Introduces students to tools and techniques used in work methods design and productivity improvement, including operation analysis, motion study, value engineering, predetermined time systems, time study, line balancing. Prereq: Soph standing; and enrollment in Industrial and Systems Engineering major or Engineering Physics major. Additional prereq for students enrolled in ISE major: a grade of C- or above in Stat 3470.01 or 3470.02.
