Catalog description

This class will explore how the relationship between the branches of government in the United States have evolved over the last 100 years, and how thinking historically can shape contemporary discussions of policy. We'll consider the separation of powers, and how historical precedents have elaborated, challenged, and codified the vague outline defined in the Constitution. Prereq or concur: English 1110.xx, or permission of instructor.
