Prereq: Honors standing. 3998 Undergraduate Research in Human Nutrition U ½ - 6 Undergraduate research in areas of study related to human nutrition and the instructor's research agenda. Prereq: Permission of instructor. Repeatable to a maximum of 6 cr hrs or 12 completions.
