Dental Materials: Ceramics and Polymers

Catalog description

This course presents basic scientific and engineering information on polymeric dental materials and ceramic dental materials. The focus will be on understanding the basic physical, mechanical and biological properties of these materials. Each course session will start with a lecture and conclude with presentation and discussion of current literature. Repeatable to a maximum of 3 cr hrs.
