Principles of growth and development as they apply to orthodontics. 8215 Orthodontics Practice Management I G ½ - 2½ Provides residents with some initial understanding of the business aspects of an orthodontic practice including information on how to communicate with the patient and parents, how to manage conflict and finance, and how to balance a professional life. This course is graded S/U. 8216 Craniofacial Anomalies G 1½ Diagnosis, treatment and management of the patient with cleft lip and palate and other craniofacial anomalies from a multi-disciplinary approach.
