Catalog description

This course introduces students to the interdisciplinary field of Law and Economics, which uses the economic way of thinking to develop an understanding of the law and the Anglo-American legal system. The course explores core topics in law (e.g. property, contracts, torts, crime), broader issues related to the judicial and legislative process, and constitutional political economy. Prereq: Econ 2001.01 or 2001.03H.
