Catalog description

Leading change in a community setting is important to addressing complex, adaptive community challenges. This course will teach students how to work with a community (of place, interest, etc.) through the difficult process of change by engaging them in leadership development. This course is meant to serve as an advanced course for students learning about leadership. Prereq: ENR 3500, or permission of instructor.
