This course is provided to seniors in preparation for possible management in the hospital or clinical departments. The course is divided into topics that provide readings, discussions and case studies that foster a deeper understanding of management principles. These topics include human resources, employee motivation, cultural diversity, fiscal budgeting, safety, and operational issues. Prereq: Enrollment in RadSci.
