Occupational Therapy with Older Adults

Catalog description

The purpose of this class is to help prepare students to work with older adults. Students will gain an applied understanding of the older adult occupational performance and participation, demographic, diversity, varying roles, and systems theory including a transactional, occupation- based, and evidence-based approaches to understanding and servicing older adults.
