Teaching and Curriculum in Occupational Therapy

Catalog description

Provides the theoretical framework for learning and the connections to teaching and curriculum development. The course will cover curriculum, course development in the health sciences and multiple aspects of instructional pedagogy with discussions of curriculum assessment. It will also focus on unique issues related to curriculum in the health professions. Prereq: Enrollment in the Clinical Doctorate of Occupational Therapy program.
