Refresh of the basic science of nursing practice, focusing specifically on the chemistry, biochemistry, physics, and genetic principles which underpin nurse anesthesia practice. The course will provide the scientific foundation on which subsequent courses in pharmacology, physiology, and anesthesia practice will be built. Prereq: Enrollment in the DNP program nurse anesthesia track.
