Catalog description

This course provides a foundation for core therapy skills in the healthcare environment. A blend of lecture and skills labs will address fundamental patient safety skills, self-care assistance approaches, infection control, vital signs, and mobility and ambulation. Prereq: OTD students must have successfully completed all courses in program to date with a grade of C or better, and be in good academic standing.
