Catalog description

Provides the student an opportunity to understand and apply basic molecular biology concepts to perform, evaluate and interpret molecular diagnostic tests used for diagnosis of human disease. Prereq: Admission to Medical Laboratory Science Certification, Non-certification (Medical Science), Coordinated Graduate, Post-baccalaureate certification, or in-person MLT Articulation program; or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for 4700.
