Bioprocessing Laboratory Discovery-based lab course to introduce students to industrial microbiology. Students will use fermentation processes and biological engineering of microorganisms for the production of value-added molecules. Students will gain operational knowledge of bioreactors and of molecular biology and microbiology techniques relevant to industrial microbiology. Prereq: 4100, or 4000.01, 4000.02; or permission of instructor.
