JusticeTech Capstone Practicum

Catalog description

The JusticeTech Capstone Practicum bridges law and tech by bringing law and computer science students together to develop innovative tech based solutions to real access to justice challenges in our community. Enrollment is limited to 8 students per instructor. The class will include teamwork with computer sciences and community partners outside of the class times. Understand and articulate key access to justice issues; Develop legal and ethical frameworks for technological solutions; Collaborate across disciplines to design, develop, and potentially implement technology-based solution; Assess project progress and adapt to challenges and feedback.
