Study of the growth and diversification of developing economies and the causes of poverty and inequality. Analyze the impacts of human capital formation, markets and public policy on development. Prereq: AEDEcon 2001 (200) or Econ 2001 (200). Not open to students with credit for 435, 535, PubAfrs 4535, AEDEcon 4535 (535), or 435. Cross-listed in AEDEcon and PubAfrs.
