Decision Analytics for Integrated Systems Engineering

Catalog description

Focus on decision analytics, a rigorous system for decision-making support that draws from data science, statistical/machine learning, and mathematical optimization. Provides unique decision- forward perspective: start from needs of decision and apply tools in integrated fashion. Prereq: C- or above in Math 2568 or 2174; and CSE 1224, or 2221, or Engr 1281.01H or 1281.02H; and Stat 3470; and enrollment in ISE or Engineering Physics major. Not open to students with credit for ECE 5307, BME 5710 or ISE 4230.
