Catalog description
Following time spent working at an internship, this course is intended to allow students to reflect on the skills learned in the workplace. Students will submit written and oral presentations of this reflection during the semester. There is no formal class meeting for this credit. Prereq: 2400, and enrollment in a Food Science and Technology major, and permission of instructor. Prereq or concur: FAES 3191. Repeatable to a maximum of 2 cr hrs. This course is graded S/U.
