Students will develop skills to read computer files, pre-process observational data, and implement least squares inverse problems and related statistical tools for real-world problem solving. The course emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical application through hands-on laboratory exercises using industry-standard software. Prereq: Math 1172, or equiv.
