Learning Community Seminar This course will be for students living in the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and Bobby Moser Food Security and Sustainability Learning Community (LC). Course content will include guest lecturers, field experiences, and the conception of a culminating project surrounding the topics of food security and sustainability. Prereq: Acceptance in W.K. Kellogg Foundation and Bobby Moser Food Security and Sustainability Learning Community, and permission of instructor. This course is graded S/U.
