Catalog description

Project Management is a course that focuses on waterfall (PMBOK) and Agile methodologies for managing projects in the manufacturing industry. Emphasis is placed on project initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing processes. This course will provide students with an overview of leadership roles and responsibilities, as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution. Prereq: ISE 2040, or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for ISE 3800.
