Face to Face to Online In this fully online course learners will use the quality matters rubric and supporting documents to inform the design and implementation of instruction specifically for an online teaching/learning environment. The learner will develop and submit for peer review an online course or portion of an online course. Learners will also serve as a peer reviewer using the quality matters standards.
