Research Design I

Catalog description

Using different research designs as the foundation, this course reviews evidence-based dentistry and basic parametric and non-parametric methods of statistical inference commonly encountered in clinical research. The course also provides a background in ethical considerations for responsible conduct of research and protection of human subjects in biomedical research.
