Oral Biology Journal Club

Catalog description

Weekly, one student will present a current paper from a top tier journal that reports important findings related to Oral Biology. Prior to class, all students will read the paper, write a brief summary, summarize the experimental design and statistical approach, and compose two questions for class discussion. Grading is based on presentation quality, completion of pre-work, and participation. Repeatable to a maximum of 20 cr hrs or 10 completions.
