Catalog description
Instruction in the biologic, chemical and physical characteristics and properties of various biomaterials encountered in the practice of dental hygiene and dentistry. The lab provides general knowledge, proper manipulation and use of various dental materials used in the dental operatory. Knowledge of dental materials enables the dental hygienist to to better educate and inform patients. Prereq: 2110.
