Catalog description

This course provides the fundamental concepts needed to design and optimize water resources systems in order to address complex water supply challenges. This includes the simulation of water supply risk through time series analysis and stochastic hydrology. Trend analysis are introduced to identify long-term trends in hydrologic risk due to climate variability or human interference. Prereq: 3160, or Grad standing in Engineering, or permission of instructor.
