Catalog description

This course will provide an overview of pragmatic clinical trials (PCTs), including design, conduct, selection of endpoints, recruitment, analysis, reporting, and regulatory considerations. The course will motivate the need for PCTs and added benefit and challenges of implementing a randomized study in the 'real world' setting. 7530 Proteomics Data Analysis G M 3 This course will introduce trainees to the algorithms and software used in analyzing proteomics datasets. This course will also show how algorithms used in proteomics are applicable to neighboring omics-based fields, such as transcriptomics and metabolomics.
