Opportunities The purpose of this course is to examine how and why diversity affects interpersonal and intergroup interactions in organizations, to develop an understanding of what diversity means, and to explore contemporary organizational strategies for managing workplace diversity while working to better understand what we as individuals bring to the dynamic.
