Introduction to turbulence in fluid mechanics with emphasis on understanding the physical mechanisms involved. Prereq: Grad standing in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for 7875.02 or MechEng 7513; or to students in the Prof Masters in Applied Aeronautics program. Cross listed in MechEng 7513.
