Student Leadership through Experiential Learning

Catalog description

Course develops leadership skills through active engagement and academic exploration. By connecting their experiential learning with academic knowledge, students develop cross-cultural leadership abilities. They adapt and apply problem-solving strategies, communicate effectively across cultures and experiences, and integrate diverse perspectives. Through reflection and self-assessment, students strengthen their leadership identity and gain the skills to navigate a variety of leadership environments. In the process, they take on leadership roles by guiding and supporting others in collaborative settings, applying their knowledge to real-world challenges.
